MASINA DE SUDAT TKK 100 LA SIMPLU CAP
Utilizat pentru presarea unghuirilor profilelor din PVC. Echipat cu o masa dubla, rotativa este usor de operat si presiunea este egala chiar si in presarea colturilor finale a ferestrelor mici. Temperatura de sudare este ajustabila intre 25 si 180 de grade. In functie de caracteristiciile profilului, sudarea si presiunea pot fi ajustate. Timpul de incalzire si sudare, pot fi ajustate digital. Capabil sa preseze profilele unul cate unul, cu ajutor pedalei de control. Rezistenta sudurii a fost testata si confirmata de catre producatorii de profile. Cu ajutorul senzorilor speciali, poate indentifica automat orice tip de profil, datorita controlului PLC.

Four Corner Welding Machine RY 4050
The machine was designed for welding four corners of PVC sash, frame and door profiles simultaneously.
Ability of zero (0,2 mm.) welding for laminated profiles.
Reliable and high quality of welding process.
Standard production process owing to design of machine.
Welding processes of 1 frame takes 1.5 minutes, thus, the line is able to process 320 units at 8 hours (per shift)
The machine could be used manually as well as automatically and transition between the ways of using could be realised rapidly.
Machine is PC (Personal Computer) controlled.
Unlimited memory for welding process of profile systems owing to PC control.
Industrial desing of machine belongs to Risus Machine and patent of machine is a property of Risus brand.
The machine carries out automatic lubrication and “low-oil” warning.
